Theatre Sensei, LLC.  Milford, CT

  • Cofounded new business:  an online consultation service by theatre industry experts
  • Manage copywriting, branding, marketing, social media, SEO, website design and functionality.

Westport Country Playhouse, Westport, CT

  • Ongoing involvement as freelance instructor.  Pitched class Playwright’s Lab to Dir. Of Education (approved). 

Initiated email campaign targeting families from Playmaking Workshop; resulted in 80% of all class registrations.

  • Wrote articles promoting theatre for 14 editions of Insider’s Insights; distribution 1800+.
  • Pitched theatre program to Greenwich Public Schools for ‘07-‘08 academic year (approved).  Led program.

Featured in Greenwich Times. Program renewed ’08-’09; funding doubled.

  • Conducted grant-driven Playmaking Workshop in ’07-’08 and ’08-’09 academic years with Norwalk Learning Center. 

Generated add copy for posters and programs.  Produced promotional video for fundraising Jan ‘08. 

Grants doubled to $40K in ’08-’09. 

  • Performed market research for launch of Camps & Classes at Playhouse.  Classes increased education department’s

net income 300% over first three terms (summer, fall, spring).
